That's the Way the Cookie Crumbles

Hours are made up from minutes.
Minute by minute, hours are consumed.

Lots of us want more time,
a little more time, much much more time.
But none of us is going to get any.

Though maybe for the better.
If those first-class guys could get extensible time like that
what work would be left for mediocre me,
who just stole 'a few minutes' to write this entry?
